Lunch salad

Salted salmon 100 g
Avocado 100 g
Strawberries 10 pcs
Mango 1 pc
Garden rocket 1 large bundle
Oak leaves 1 large bundle
Red rubin basil 1 good handful
Red grapefruit 1/2
Olivia cooking oil 1 tbsp.
Chilli pepper pod 1/4 pc
Physalis 10 pcs
Chop the salted salmon, avocado, mango, and chilli pod and mix them together.
Cut the strawberries in half lengthwise.
In a bowl, mix oil, grapefruit juice, honey, salt, and pepper for the salad dressing.
Tear the oak leaves into pieces, place them into a bowl, and add garden rocket.
Serve the salad and garnish with physalis.
