PANCAKE CAKE
Reference:
5 eggs4 dl flour2-3 tbsp. sugar7 dl watersaltbaking soda
Filling: 200 ml whipped cream300 g curd cheese pastevanilla sugarsugar
To make the pancakes, mix the ingredients and fry the cakes. Leave them to cool. For the filling, whip the cream with the sugars and add the curd cheese paste. Stack the pancakes with the filling between layers. Decorate as you wish.
