Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 4 dl flour
- 2-3 tbsp. sugar
- 7 dl water
- salt
- baking soda
- Filling: 200 ml whipped cream
- 300 g curd cheese paste
- vanilla sugar
- sugar

To make the pancakes, mix the ingredients and fry the cakes. Leave them to cool. For the filling, whip the cream with the sugars and add the curd cheese paste. Stack the pancakes with the filling between layers. Decorate as you wish.
