Lunch salad

    Ingredients:

    • 150 g red cabbage
    • 120 g pears
    • 120 g celery root
    • 30 g raisins
    • 5 tbsp. Olivia rapeseed oil
    • Dressing: 2 tbsp. wine vinegar, salt, pepper

    Preparation:

    Cut the cabbage into thin strips and boil them for a few minutes in salted water. Strain. Prepare the dressing and mix it with the cabbage. Leave it in a cool place for an hour. Peel the pears and dice them. Add them to the salad with raisins. Peel the celery root and cut it into thin strips. Fry the strips for about a minute. Before serving, place the fried celery strips onto the salad.
