Mix the curd cheese, egg yolks, flour, salt and sugar into an even batter. Spread some flour on the table and on your hands, use your hands to shape the batter into small balls and flatten these into patties about 1 cm thick. Dip them in flour. Heat the Olivia cooking oil on a pan. Fry the syrniki on a medium heat, for 3-5 minutes on both sides, until golden brown. Always use the mild Olivia cooking oil for making pancakes as it does not leave a taste.
