Herb-oil marinade for vegetables

2 handfuls of fresh herbs to taste and preference: parsley, garlic, basil, rosemary
1-2 cloves of garlic
150 ml Olivia rapeseed oil
1 lemon’s juice
half a chili for spice
saffron

This recipe is for marinating approximately 1 kg of vegetables. Chop the herbs, garlic and chili. Add a pinch of saffron. Mix in the rapeseed oil and lemon juice. Clean the vegetables, cut them into pieces suitable for grilling. Mix in the marinade with the vegetables. Leave to rest for at least an hour.
