Oil and wine marinade for poultry

200 ml Olivia rapeseed oil
200 ml white wine (for broiler, turkey)
2 tbsp. honey or brown sugar
4 tsp. rosé pepper
Broiler or turkey (fillet, wings, drumsticks)

Crush the pepper, mix in with sugar, oil and wine. Let the meat marinate for 2-4 hours. Dry the meat before grilling.
